LANDLORDS ARE DISPROPORTIONATELY INRICHED BY THE FINACIAL EXPLOITATION OF THE RENTER.

LANDLORDS HAVE HIGH-JACKED OUR HOUSING MARKET. THE RENTERS ARE THE FINACIAL HOSTAGES, THAT DEMAND FREEDOM FROM THIS INJUSTICE.
WE ARE THE MILLIONS PRICED OUT, BOXED IN, AND LEFT BEHIND BY A SYSTEM THAT WAS NEVER BUILT FOR US.
We are a MOVEMENT dedicated to exposing the injustices of the RENTER/LANDLORD DYNAMIC, and we are fighting for purchasable, affordable housing for all income levels. Our mission is to empower RENTERS, challenge LANDLORDS and demand systemic reform that will bring fairness and dignity to society. A HEALTHY SOCIETY where housing is a right not a privilege. A society where affordable starter homes are available for all income groups. We believe that landlords and investors should no longer dictate the future of housing-people should. No one should be trapped in the cycle of renting for life.
This is more than a MOVEMENT--it's a REVOLUTION. THE RENTERS REVOLUTION starts here, and it starts with the RENTERS of America. Together we can end the epidemic of landlords and secure housing justice for all.
Legalize simple, small-scale homes, starting under $10,000. End the outdated zoning, and building codes that keep us homeless or overburdened.
No more Wall Street landlords. Ban corporate and institutional ownership of residential property.
Legalize small homes, modular units, co-housing, and low-cost builds starting at $10,000 for starter homes. Allow us to house ourselves.
No individual should own more housing than they can personally use. More than that is not success its hoarding.

How We Began
The Renters Revolution was born from lived experience and hard data. We didn’t start with a slogan—we started with a question: Why are so many hardworking Americans locked out of homeownership while landlords and investors grow richer off our rent?
As renters, researchers, and neighbors, we saw the patterns: rising rents, shrinking protections, and a system designed to extract wealth from those with the least. We watched families pushed into debt, displacement, and instability—not by accident, but by policy. The housing crisis wasn’t a glitch, it was engineered. So, we came together, not as victims, but as a revolution. We built this movement to expose the injustice of the renter/landlord dynamic and to fight for affordable, purchasable housing for all income levels. We believe housing is a human right—not a speculative asset. We reject the manufactured renter class and demand a future where people—not profit—shape the housing landscape.
Our coalition grew from frustration into action. We published data. We shared stories. We challenged outdated zoning laws, corporate ownership, and the myth that renting is the only path for working families. We called for starter homes under $10,000, for dignity in design, and for laws that reflect the needs of real people.
This is more than a campaign. It’s a revolution. And it started with renters who refused to stay silent.

Grounded in transparency, we publish data-driven reports, clear charts, and practical guides that illuminate what reforms are possible and who benefits from change. DATA/EVIDENCE page, blogs, and NEWSLETTERS connect renters with researchers and organizers to push for zoning reform, lower barriers to affordable housing, and stronger protections against displacement. We cite credible sources and publish our methodology so readers can verify findings and engaged audiences can collaborate with confidence.

We invite you to join us in turning data into action. Sign up for our newsletter, explore our data stories, donate, volunteer, or organize with local allies. Together, we’re building a nationwide network that centers renters’ voices and policy solutions grounded in fairness. The goal is clear: housing that is affordable, accessible, and truly owned by the people who need it most.
